Who Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker's New Characters Could Be

Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker just released its fourth season pass on June 24, revealing Sakura Haruno (Great Ninja War) as the first character. This is fitting seeing as Naruto and Kakashi from the war arc have already made their appearances, which is almost a full Team 7 war arc set.

So far, the Sakura DLC character has been making waves during the most recent World Ninja Hero Event as one of the most popular masters, but many are already beginning to speculate who might appear within the next 3 open spots, because unlike the rest of the DLCs, this time the final character to be released has been confirmed to be Kawaki from Boruto.

With Kawaki, revealed by Bandai Namco in a Sakura (Great Ninja War) trailer, many are speculating that more Boruto characters will appear in this season pass. Although Boruto characters are being speculated, there are still some fan-favorite characters from Naruto that could make their debut. It would make sense, seeing as things like the insect jutsu can be purchased at the store without Shino being a playable character, and players can also obtain Hidan’s weapon even though he isn’t in the game. That said, here are some characters (and their possible jutsus) that could make their way into the game.

Following the trend of the team 7 war arc set, Sasuke could be joining the roster as a parallel to Naruto (Last Battle). Many speculate that even if he doesn’t appear within this season pass, he will eventually show up to finish Team 7. He would most likely be a ranged type with his move set, possibly including Chidori Stream, a new form of Planetary Devastation, and Indra’s Arrow.

Ay has yet to make an appearance within Shinobi Striker even though the rest of the five Kage have already made their debuts. Seeing as Killer Bee is also in the game already, it wouldn’t be too far of a reach for the Fourth Raikage to finally be included. His move set would likely be considered an attack-type that could come with Liger Bomb, Lightning Straight, and a more enhanced version of the Lightning Chakra Mode.

Moving into the Boruto era, many fans have been wondering if the menace Momoshiki could appear. With Naruto and Sasuke’s Boruto editions, Momoshiki could make a great counterpart as a defensive class type. His jutsu could be very unique if he could absorb jutsu then dish it back out, using his ability to create weapons out of energy for a quick combo, and summoning his massive snake heads to strike an opponent.

Jigen is the latest villain in Boruto, and he is a force to be reckoned with after beating down Naruto and Sasuke at their strongest. Considering his outfit is in the game as well, his addition is a possibility. With his unique abilities, he could send out expanding chakra rods, summon the rods from underneath people, and use his shrinking ability to interrupt lock-ons.

Following the Boruto trend, a very strong character that could make for a great defense type is Gaara’s adopted son. With his iron sand being far superior to Gaara’s, he could create iron sand barriers, launch iron sand weapons, and create iron sand tidal waves.

There are numerous characters that players might want to see, like more Akatsuki members, Konohamaru, Ten Tails Obito or Madara, Danzo, Kanuro and his puppets, and more. New characters get released about 8-10 weeks after each other, so it will be some time before the next character is released in Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker.
